That just makes me laugh and think that they quickly forget that they came from the same country and (just maybe?) have less education but were lucky to find somebody who elevated their social status (filled their pockets, in my language). I know a few philippinas who have philippina housemaids and treat them as if they are inferior (order them around unpolitely and shout at them in front of guests).
Everybody is born the same. Always remember that when you look at somebody - because you don't know how much knowledge and education is in the other persons' head :)
