Unfortunately that's not possible as how would we be able to cover the vets bills if the new owner doesnt pay them? The animals have to be vaccinated to stay in a shelter so that they dont all get sick. We don't get funding so the vets let us pay the bill when the animal is adopted and the new owner donates the money. If the previous vets costs are not covered then we will have no money to feed and water the next one that comes in.
If people are not willing to pay the vets bill then they are not the kind of owners we are looking for. We have to know they are prepared to pay money if their pet gets sick or if they have to leave the country and take the pet with them.
