I'm just 15 MONTHS waiting for HSBC to fix my internet bank access. It's a world record that no bank will ever beat. But at least they are working on it to fix the problem! In my country - and most probably everywhere - they would fix it in 1 day, may be 2 if there is a holiday... HSBC, a real nightmare
