yes. but if you still have time to POEA in Ortigas, consider it to go there. last time i was there like 5:30am, started letting us in at 6am. starts processing at 7am, i was on #6 in the line and took me like maybe 10-15 mins max then i'm all done :) and im just in time for breakfast at home. lol
