Cool! ... One thing about the youngsters, they tend to be less rigid in their thinking. They are flexible, adaptable and learn fast and are progressive thinkers. They are therefore more efficient and become better leaders.

Because SOME of them have mess-ups and cover ups perhaps? We're in this deep poo because some of them, in the 1st place! That and also the rigidity of some of their thinking that fails to see beyond strictly linear thinking.
And yeah, God willing, with 15-20 years to retirement, there's time to improve further and make a lasting change for the better.
