Excellent opportunities for training and building up the knowledge and capabilities so that the locals would not need to depend so much on expats. That's a good goal. Even some old fellas (ref to non-Qataris) need training still...

Whatever criticisms some people level at Qatarisation, actually is evident in their own countries too, but they are either hypocrites or they have blinkers on. We assume it's the latter.

- International exposure is very good too - broadens minds. Nothing like learning from experience. Academic qualification is just a start. If one does nothing with it, it will be just a piece of paper.
