ppl start smoking illegal things for an experimental/experiencing reason. Some people Attempt to smoke cause they frequently here/here about cool ppl like example : bob Marley/ snoop dogg etc.. They r heavy smokers but cool maybe not to u but for others.
The uncool part here is addiction. Which is harmful and extremely dangerous.
So it all depends frome society/lifestyle/habits.

that's uncool but if u have a cool car like one of those "need for speed"
with no 6000 riyal radar on the signal .. Considering no damage done to public and property.
