I actually have a 240 litre (??) Jebo bow-front aquarium with a black cabinet that you might be interested in. I purchased it in Australia and set it up. . .and was promptly told that we were moving. It has never had fish or plants in it, but I purchased it specifically to be a planted tank. I used to be a hard-core planted aquarist as well. . .used to have a 240 gallon planted aquarium.
I have the gravel (already mixed with the $$ Duplarit), the gravel heater (undergravel cable), CO2 system, bubble counter, Eheim cannister filter with tubing and quick disconnects, inline heater, etc. The lights are the ones that came with the aquarium setup, so if you are interested in a planted aquarium then you might want to upgrade that bit. Off the top of my head I would guess that I easily spent close to US$2,000 (~QR7,300) on it all. . .I think I have it all written down somewhere.
I won't be selling it at a ridiculously low price since it is effectively new, but send me a PM if you are seriously interested.
