Greeting everyone,

I have a 2007 model vehicle, if I have to go for technical inspection this year or it will be counted as 3rd renewal this year (without inspection)? I think I have to do inspection however a friend with 2006 model car got the registration renewed without inspection last year.

Also, a query regarding points on violating traffic rules. If you get 3 points (for wrong parking), how long it takes that these points go away from your history? Is it a year or within 5 years of license validity or forever?
