Dialed 111 and pressed 2. The operators are not fluent in English. Even basic commands were not understood. Even AFTER asking to speak to the manager.
Yes I am South African but I am used to dealing with non-fluent English speakers. And I don't have a strong SA accent. Most people say I sound more British. My step mom is British.

Anyway, Vodafone call centre sucks period.
