As Xena said, here in the UK it's summer and I see women walking around in the skimpiest outfits with streets full of men and nobody bothers them, yet in Qatar go to any of the big malls and see how women with Abbayas are treated, even ones covering their face too! LOL. I think pajero is just trolling.
