False because no matter how broad our opinions they are only a representative of a much wider population. Moreover, races evolve continously and hence the need to keep recalibrating our opinions, which is easier said than done. That said, opinions and generalizations do bring some order to the chaos around...or at least thats our perception as human mind likes to work along the lines of association and classification.
