even though you have passed the medical exam, your information is lying somewhere on somebody's desk in the medical commission who is more busy talking on the mobile rather than putting your info in the system. Go to medical commission and ask them to put it in the system. Once your info goes into the system, you go to the moi website, as soon as you enter your info there, a pop up window will appear with your finger printing form. Check the info properly (its in Arabic but you can trace the numbers in alpha numeric) your passport etc and print it.

Take this form, your passport, your visa copy your photograph and go to the CEID center on Salwa road which going west from Ramada, cross all round abouts and pass under the big bridge making left towards industrial area, when you pass that bridge, be on the right side and you will find the building on your right ( be cautious not to miss the enterance to the building complex or then there is a long loop you need to come back) BTW you need a car to get to the CEID finger printing center, should go like 4 in the evening, total time from entering the gate and coming out of gate will not take even 9 minutes.. try it.
