punta ka lang sa skul registrar nyo, then tell them u want to have ur TOR and Diploma to be authenticated, if government skul or chartered skul no need to go to CHED, the registrar will be the one to provide the certificate of authentication and verifications, it should be together with the TOR and Diploma, If private or non-chartered, you will have to go to CHED for the certification..regarding the employment certificate, make an affidavit of employment then have it notarized by a lawyer..after which you go to the court of appeals near you or Manila City Hall for another notarization from a Judge..
When all of those are done, you will then forward it to DFA for red ribbon..the processing will only take a week.
