I had my first visit to Quality Hypermarket last week after hearing too much hype on its inauguration and huge building premises...as i reached the meat section I was surprised to see nearly 12 people waiting at the lamb counter and just two butchers cutting meat and not one guy to cater to the customer's requirement..tried to be patience for around 5 mins but could not really control myself more as the nearby fish counter had just 4 customers but 7 staff workers serving them..i made some fuss at the two butchers standing and stormed to the customer service office at the entrance and asked to meet the supervisor immediately...he accompanied me to the butcher section and i was surprised to see till then there were 7 more butchers and the whole area began busy..i asked the supervisor where were thee guys hiding..he dint reply but he spoke in malayalam to one of the buitcher who told they were taking rest after fasting..i was surprised as they were taking rest at 2230 hours and that too when their work area is completely air conditioned...then i went to the hot food counter to order 5 or 6 shawarmas..i was surprised wen the philipino lady there told me it would take 25 mins for even ONE shawarma..i was like ur shawarma seems ready and there is just 2 people waiting..she just answered ..NO IT WILL TAKE 25 MINUTES FOR OUR TYPE OF CHICKEN TO BE READY TO SERVE...i left with one of the most horrible service from quality hpermarket..they just dont care..guess they are making their money from retailing out their space and dont really bother abt customers...SICKKKKK
