you have been told wrong. you do need certain credentials to get yourself enrolled into QAC.
A fellow friend of mine was from USA.he hadn't completed his high school,yet he joined QAC.his training was stopped in the midterm and he had to go back complete his studies as a high school graduate to get into QAC.
If u have passed high school [+2] and not good in maths and English , you can take up few courses at QAC before you begin your initial training.
