It is an issue about the password...he had his user name accepted to begin with,and was just waiting on the password which never arrived.Now totally confused,because when he tried the 3rd time,he was then told it was taken....he reckons it was because he'd has it accepted,so ,in theory,yes,it is now taken! Hey ho!
