The then muslims of India branded Sir Syed Ahmad Khan the greatest educationist to establish the most prestigious Aligarh Muslim University as Kafir. In Mumbai most of muslim youngsters are High School drop outs. If the young man is good student, why you want admission in particular institution, he can do well in any institution. Muslims have to wake up stop blaming others for being a frog in the well. Educate, build strong ethics, follow Islam to fullest, become good model in society and see the results.
