Just my opinion but water cooling is not something you should even think about unless you are experienced. Its very expensive for a good setup and not really needed unless you are generating a lot of heat through overclocking your components. As water and electronics dont mix well you can imagine its easy to end in disaster, any water system needs knowledge of all the components, careful planning and maintenance.
It is far easier, safer and cheaper to stick with air cooling to start with. Spend the time and money on getting to know your system, modifying bits and pieces.
