try eating out at night, people working in shawarma stands and juice stalls make their food with real passion,you can really see them making it with their hands and sweating all over. that's what making it so delicious...yummy, really, i see them doing it but it still makes me eat that shawarma..order it, take-it-out, eat it in the corniche, very relaxing after a day's work...
