Reading these review for a new case (to replace my cosmos s) is driving me crazy. At first I was set on the coolermaster HAF X, but the looks really don't appeal to me too much. More importantly though, it seems to only have 5 HDD bays that are actively cooled (active cooling very important to me), and that would basicaly mean I've already readed my HDD number limit in the case with no room to add more to the RAID. That and I'd really like to stay with an aluminum case for the better heat disappation/weight.
This case is looks amazing, and I think it'll score the absolute top reviews with the review sites (all lian li cases always seem to come out on top as they hit the market). I love the functionality of it, especially the room to expand/add more components/hdd (that and it's all aluminum). 4 gpus are now even an option!
The only draw back for me is that it has a door on the front (covers the lcd screen for my fan controllers), and there's no side windows/fan (although if it's not out yet, I'm sure they'll add some as optional accessories). That and it retails for $500 instead of the haf x's $200, but price isn't really an issue on this.
What do you guys think of this case? Have you seen any reviews yet in english? (all german so far). Comments?
