As baldrick2dogs have stated "205/40R17" is a tyre size , If and I am assuming that you are looking for the correct mag wheels or rims that would fit these tyres then the ideal mag wheels or rim sizes would be 17x7 up to 17x8. For the bolt pattern and offset pls. refer to your existing set-up. As for the tyre size majority prefer to use 18's or 16's which are very common in the market.
