As per Qatar labour law, even though you have not completed your 2 years contract with them:
1. You are very much entitled to End of service for your 1.3 years service. 1 month pay for one year service and fraction of that for rest of 3 months.
2. You are entitled to plane ticket to your home country.
3. You are entitled to leave benefit as well for your period of service.
4. If your company has the policy of giving bonus, you are very much entitled for that. It is not compulsory as per labour law.
5. If possible try to take an NOC from your employer, which will be useful in future.
