Nomerci--I see what you are saying: there is a reason for Western success and the Qataris want to replicate it here. And most managers are Western and they want like-thinking people working for them in key positions. I am certainly guilty of the second. I like Western-educated people working for me because we seem to be on the same weave-length. We are also dealing primarily in Western financial environment. Having said that, the majority are not white but have Western degrees and experience, mostly British.
