Some Arab countries will do very well out of all this. Qatar, for example, has emerged as a regional leader that is willing to play ball on pursue its interests with force--troops in Bahrain and jets in Libya. Same with the UAE. Both are big winners. KSA, Tunisia, Egypt remains to be seen. Libya, Yeman, Bahrain are big losers in all of this--ongoing instability.

It's a power shift. And America's closest allies, the more liberalized Arab countries are doing well.
