a. Still in vogue and will remain so for ever. Healthy and wise for sure. And if one is healthy and wise why can't he be wealthy.
b. No more, eat as many apples but until you stop junk you can not keep doctors away for long. (Doctors! pardon me but why do you become someone whom everybody wants to keep away? ;))
c. It still does, but only for sports persons,wrestlers and sumos. Politicians are excluded.
