ha ha ha !!!! and i wonder who runs all this..

i have a pinoy friend who got an offer (directly from the director)of a top government company. He handed his papers to the boss who took it to their HRD. after a few days, HR staff called him, and was asked for a meeting in a restaurant.

The HR representative, asked if he wants to start immediately, he should pay an equivalent of 6 months salary or half of his salary for a year. Or the post will be given to others who agree to pay. His CV according to the representative, will be placed at the back of paying applicants.

The representative justified that HE (not the government) was offerring him an opportunity of a lifetime in exchange of 6 mos. salary. He added that he's been with the company for a long time, and this is their SOP.

now i wonder abot the qualifications of their staff, since the representative never mentioned anything about submitting one.
