our company fired such hinglish speakers out.all ppl from Mumbai or Delhi act too smart.but all are useless.

you can check with our boss,who is an Australian national.he fired these so called Delhi ppl due to hinglish.come on this isn't joke.one of my ex-colleague while drafting a business email wrote "yaar please do the needful (she actually wrote nedfull)and the worse part she spoke to a Filipino in hinglish who complained.whew
