What inspired the author was a similar case of what was written in today's newspaper But in different government entity
"The Supreme Council for Health has ordered 100 of its Qatari employees to retire from services on the grounds of being surplus workforce, says a report published in the local Arabic daily Arrayah.
Most of them including some women are in the 20-30 age group. The reason for this enforced retirement is based on the service reports submitted by their superiors indicating their poor performance in the duties assigned to them , says the daily quoting reliable sources at the council.
The council had in 2009 ordered the retirement of as many as 290 employees. But many of them were reinstated after their plea to the grievances committee"
