Let's meet couple of times a week at the Cornish and run together in a group say around five miles each day.. And then share low calories recipes with each other. Much more fun running in a group while chit chatting than running alone on a treadmill at home or the gym. Gosh i really need to lose weight.. I am 65 kg and my height five feet two inches only.. I need to lose 15 kg. Can anyone help?
