My daughter was doing RAD ballet in Abu dhabi and when we came here 3 years ago we found out that there used to be a japanese instructor that was RAD certified but she had left. However there is a place called International Center for Music 44671354 which is the next best thing. The instructor there is very good and my daughter has been going since we first came here.
