It is the legal way for companies / sponsors of giving a person to work temporary in some other organization or with other sponsor, it is valid for 6 month. generally companies are giving their employees (if they want to release them) on Iaara to other company so that they can try to work with the other sponsor and if they like it they will transfer the sponsorship from the old sponsor to the new one
