You will have to exit doha with the exit permit from your employer. However if they are willing to let you stay with their visa u can find job and the moment you found one you will have to request letter from your previous employer to change it into your new prospect employer this is as per my travel consultant. Im also confirming the same now how accurate it is. Some said I cant have another working visa untill this company provide NOC or release letter.
