Keep in mind there are no social nets here like you have in the UK. No free healthcare, education for your kids or pension and if you are ill or long term sick, that is pretty much the end of your career here! Also, employment contracts here are worth less than the toilet paper in your NGOs loo. Overnight, you could lose your job with little or no legal recourse. So when you factor all of that in, you should ask for a salary that is AT LEAST 50% more than (if not double) what you get in the UK just to compensate for your losses.
