If you go in any of the malls and see the manequins in the window display you will see short mini skirts and sleevless tops, halter necks and some even baring the midrif.. Just tell me something, why do the shops and boutiques in City center, Villagio and Landmark etc sell such skimply clothes in the first place? Who wears them?
