Back home this never happens.. In fact the servants have an upper hand.. They can leave you anytime.. They are free and not held like slaves.. So if you are lucky enough to find someone you can trust and who is really good at work, you have to make sure you keep your housemaid happy or else she might find a better job and ditch you in just one day without any notice..
