In my opinion, Doha, Qatar is far much better than Dubai.. the culture here is more conservative and Filipinos here are more friendly than those in UAE.. I have worked in UAE a few years back and I noticed that Filipinos there are snobbish maybe because they have personal reasons why they acted that way, perhaps they want to hide their hidden activities (illicit affairs) and not to be noticed by their fellow kabayans... though there are also couples here who do the same things but very few and not as rampant as there in Dubai...

The best thing in Qatar is you can save more here, I would say...
