How is it racism to say Qatar is unlikely to develop the infrastructure needed to host a successful WC in 2022?  Or that it is too hot in Qatar?  

FIFA's own report said this in its assessment of the bids, but the committee decided to award it to Qatar anyway.

And what's the deal with people on QL who always resort to calling someone a racist if they don't like the criticism or start loosing an argument?
