I used to teach meditation in the UK as part of the' other life' other than work. I used guided meditation techniques and this helps shut down the little dog that yaps at the front of the mind until you can do it yourself. I always did this in groups as part of the insurance cover etc.

 

Once I have somewhere to live, other than the hotel, then I could help those who want to meditate with some pointers etc.

 

It can be done with some focus but at present, just arrived 2 weeks ago, settling in, looking for a place etc, focus is not great at present.
