What I was trying to teach you is post only the link to the page that you have updated and not the link to the landing page again and again. You have done that 4 times in the past.
So for example if you have updated the 3rd page on flikr then your link should read like this...
Now the visitor who has visited your earlier photographs will not have to browse though all your pages to reach to the updated page (Imagine having hundreds of photographs on your Flickr pages). And one who has never been to your collection earlier can still browse through your photos if s/he wishes to do so. Simple. Isn't it?
