If you are only here for a couple of years and can afford it, lease. A good leasing agent will take care of servicing, maintenance, insurance, repairs, etc. You pay a premium (3,000 would get you a small SUV), but it saves you the headaches of car ownership.
I think Jada have a leasing program--although entirely GMC/Chevy vehicles, which they also sell.
