It's unfortunate that when we are on winning side we promote raciam and when we are losing side we whine against racism. Qatar does discriminate against people depending upon nationality, religion and gender. It's a universal truth. But my dear friend, if your husband has got such good qualification why not apply to better countries like US. I know most of the qualified Indians or Arabs  in Qatar, work here because they have been already rejected by these 'better' countries.
