Rajeev, i undertand the issue but before we see the contract what u have signed for it is very hard to go for the negotiation since the issue beyond everyone's limit.  I suggest you to go to labour department with Indian emmbassy letter and your complete requests and fax from home country.

After all these incidents it means you are in the position to loose ur job that also u have to take into consideration and for two years u cannot come to Qatar even u get anyother job in hand.
