If it is a five year anniversary, it would be better to surprise her with your cooking prowess :P or if you do not have cooking skills, then that would be more lovely... the effort to make a special dinner for her is sweeter rather than taking her out in a fancy restaurant ;) ... well, just saying that some women prefer it that way :P

havent tried both restaurant, but i heard from a friend that La Cigale is not cheap.
