I have been prescribed a Periot (brand spelling might be different) a day first thing in the morning. The day I miss one, i am reminded of my problems. The orignal cost is QR120 per 10 tabs. Works great for me however it leaves me concerned about its impact in the long run. The gastro says it needs to be endlessly continued. :(

I will give FS home remedies a go.
