There are 2 things you can try. First of all, try using Firefox web browser to upload, I have never had probs uploading when using firefox. Sencondly, reduce the size of the pictures. Make them jpg and you can use either Paint or Microsoft Office Picture Manager to reduce their size. Usually pictures less than 100k are easily uploaded.
