If someone is going to buy "Second hand stuffs" then these kind of answers and excuses are expected...Even you can't blame the guy who has placed the Ad for sale coz the amount of calls keep pouring in is tough to handle...so ready made answers like you said is the left over option...

To buy second hand stuff you have to be fast to grab the oppertunity or go for the NEW stuff which will be easily available and dissapointment will be less...
