read your contract... that will give you a precise answer to your query... as far as i know QP will pay tuition fees 100% max for 4 kids right after completing the 3-month probationary period...i joined QP last sept with indefinite contract and i have been told by HR to wait until i recieve the confirmation letter of my employment with QP before i can enjoy this benefit...
