All schools in Qatar including NIS work under the umbrella of SEC and they all know the policies/guidelines/rules and regulations very well.
Jojo I hope you will be able to eloborate more with the help lines given by flor. One thing I really don't understand is you are giving more importance to your kids talk and criticising a school in a public forum IMO which is not a good practice.
