well i ordered through ebay before :) and its good some of the parts are good to order online like motherboard proicessor ram some coolers and stuff but stuff like chassis and powersupplies are better bought here because they are really heavy
anyways the shipping charges to your us shipping box are already mentioned on the page when you are going to order depends on the weight oof the product and the speed of the process can be from 10-50$ maybe more and in aramex you pay approximatly 40Qr for every pound and when the item is delivered to your US mailbox(aramex gives it to you) then aramex will dilver it to you from 6-10 days :)
